Frequently asked questions by home makers about distance studies

Let's be clear: preparing for a bachelor's or master's degree requires 20 to 25 hours of work per week. You must therefore be very well organised to succeed.

But you can adjust the duration of your studies: for example, you can take the terms off when you are very busy. Or you can ask your dean whether you an take fewer modules than foreseen in the programme.

Your teaching teams and our student services are at your disposal to support you and offer you solutions.

Distance learning enables you to combine your parenting responsibilities with studies. You study when the children are at school, when they are busy with their hobbies, or in the evening when they are in bed.

Distance learning therefore offers you maximum flexibility.

You therefore study as the children grow up, and join the world of work once you have obtained your degree.

Yes, all our degrees are recognised in Switzerland and internationally, in the same way as those of Swiss universities, for example. UniDistance Suisse is a university institute recognised and accredited in accordance with the Swiss law on higher education (LEHE).
