The UniDistance Suisse Faculty of Law offers a Bachelor's degree in Law, in either French or German or in both languages. It also offers a Master's in Law in French or German. In addition, the Faculty teaches a CAS in Data Protection, also in French or German.

Its research activities concern general and economic criminal law, international economic law, contract law and the law of new technologies, in particular.
