The Faculty of Law at UniDistance Suisse offers a Bachelor’s degree programme in both French and German , with the option of completing the programme bilingually. It provides a Master’s degree in Law in either French or German. In addition, UniDistance Suisse offers a doctoral programme in law.
The Faculty also provides continuing education programmes (CAS) in data protection, information governance and digital trust, as well as administrative criminal law. In addition, the Faculty offers several other continuing education courses on data protection for SMEs, regulation of social media platforms in a democratic society, criminal law mechanisms and digital evidence, AI regulation and AI governance, and data protection for municipalities.
The Faculty’s main research areas include criminal law and economic criminal law, obligation law, constitutional and administrative law, international economic law, and new technologies.
