The Executive Board is the governing body in operational charge of UniDistance Suisse. The Executive Board is headed by the Rector and elected by the Foundation Council.

The CISO is responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of a comprehensive information security programme for UniDistance Suisse.

The Faculty of Law offers a Bachelor's degree in Law, in either French or German or in both languages. It also offers a Master's in Law in French or German. In addition, the Faculty teaches a CAS in Data Protection.

The Faculty of Psychology offers a bachelor's and a master's degree. It also offers a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Diet and Behaviour. Teaching is carried out in French and German.

The Faculty of Business and Economicsat UniDistance Suisse offers a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics in French and in German. 

The Faculty of History offers a Bachelor's in Contemporary History. As from the autumn 2024 term, it will also be offering a Master's. In addition, it teaches a CAS in Francophone studies.

The Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science offers a Bachelor in mathematics and a Master in artificial intelligence.
