Foundation Council

The Foundation Council is the strategic body of UniDistance Suisse, reporting directly to the Founders’ Assembly. It is responsible for the governance of the institution, the management of its assets and the oversight of its development. Furthermore, it determines its organisational structure, decides on regulations, appoints the Rectorate and ensures the successful fulfilment of its mission.
