Géraldine Coppin, associate professor at UniDistance Suisse, and her colleagues wrote an article on food liking in individuals with obesity. In a randomized controlled trial, they measured participants' self-reported liking and neural responses in response to chocolate milkshake. This article has been published in the journal International Journal of Obesity.
