Designing quality assessments is a challenge, even more so remote assessments in a world with Generative AI (GenAI). EDUDL+ has developed a resource that takes you step-by-step through the design of meaningful and valid assessments that foster learning and academic integrity.

The path will help you think through the challenges and opportunities. It offers plenty of examples and even suggests GenAI tools to help with your design. And, of course, it is all research-based.

You can follow the full design process or jump to the topic you are interested in such as:

The remote assessment design resource is available here.

You can use the resource independently or work with an EDUDL+ expert (email us at edudl@unidistance.ch or contact your EDUDL+ binome).

The remote assessment design path will also be presented at the Teaching Day on September 26, 2024. Do come by to discuss your ideas, challenges, and possible solutions. We look forward to seeing you there.
