Article on food liking in individuals with obesity published in International Journal of Obesity
Géraldine Coppin, associate professor at UniDistance Suisse, and her colleagues wrote an article on food liking in individuals with obesity. In a randomized controlled trial, they measured participants' self-reported liking and neural responses in response to chocolate milkshake. This article has been published in the journal International Journal of Obesity.
