The research group is dedicated to current topics of economic criminal law and digitalisation with a special focus on the areas of asset forfeiture, whistleblowing, industrial and economic espionage as well as the area of criminal law and new technologies.
In addition, Prof. Dr. Cathrine Konopatsch, Dr. iur. Martin Brandenstein, MLaw Patrick Uhrmeister, Asha Thamotharampillai and Cedric Röschli work on various publications and conference contributions in the areas of whistleblowing, industrial espionage, corporate criminal law and asset forfeiture.
