Identifying, developing and achieving recognition of digital skills

Identifying, developing and achieving recognition of digital skills

This project aims to put in place and coordinate two distance learning certificates: one for digital skills for students and one for lecturers at UniDistance Suisse. First of all, it consists of defining a frame of reference for digital skills for each of the target audiences, for either digital studies or digital teaching.

A set of resources associated with the baseline skills will then be selected and activities to be carried out in order to acquire the training will be defined. Each candidate will be able to submit his/her work to an online platform and request evaluation and validation of the digital skills involved.

By offering the option of ongoing validation of skills (including long-term), the objective is to register the candidates for certification within a time frame of their choice, while quickly valuing the areas in which they are already proficient and showing them the various fields which they may have overlooked. The frame of reference becomes a lever for development.

Once the set of reference skills has been validated, a certificate will be issued by the institution.
