Le CAS (Certificate of Advanced Studies) Alimentation et Comportement a pour but de présenter les connaissances scientifiques actuelles issues de la psychologie et des neurosciences sur le comportement alimentaire. Il comprend une partie théorique (couvrant des thèmes tels que pourquoi le stress influence la prise alimentaire ?) et une partie plus pratique (par exemple, comment peut-on favoriser une stabilisation du poids à long terme ?).
Des intervenant-e-s académiques et cliniques dispensent les 4 modules qui constituent le CAS. Cette formation est de niveau universitaire. Entièrement en ligne, elle peut être aisément suivie, même en emploi.
