Project Manager in continuing education (80-100%)

Based on a modern campus in Brig, UniDistance Suisse is a university institute accredited under the Higher Education Act (HedA). For over 30 years, it has been offering Bachelor's, Master's and continuing education programmes, as well as doctoral degrees in the fields of law, psychology, economics, history, mathematics and computer science. Project Manager in continuing education (80-100%) 

Place of work: Brig, partial remote working possible
Start of work: immediate or to be agreed

• Develop and launch new continuing education programmes in the fields of new technologies, digital education, artificial intelligence, economics and management
• Identify opportunities for creating innovative and competitive continuing education programmes
• Conduct market analyses
• Prepare the necessary documentation for project management and reporting
• Work in synergy with faculties, researchers, teaching teams, and internal departments (EDUDL+, Communication and Marketing, Finance, etc.)
• Contribute to the development and promotion of the Continuing Education department
• Monitor trends and developments in continuing education markets
• Represent the institution at national and international level (symposiums, etc.)

• Master's degree (university, HES), PhD, or equivalent qualification in the fields of new technologies, digital education, artificial intelligence, economics or management
• Work experience in a higher education institution
• Project management experience
• Experience in communication or marketing is an asset
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills, organisational abilities, and a service-oriented mindset
• Creativity, curiosity, autonomy and excellent social skills
• Ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary environment
• Excellent command of French or German with very good knowledge of the other language; good knowledge of English an asset.
