Gaëlle Reset

Psychology graduate (Bachelor and Master)

« I resumed my studies when my second son was 3 years old. I had just discovered UniDistance Suisse and its psychology faculty. It was exactly what I was looking for!

I have organised myself carefully so I could divide my time between studies, family and friends. For example, I studied while the children were in school.

Paradoxically, online education offers greater proximity to lecturers, who are readily available. At no time did I feel lost or isolated.

When sitting at my computer, I could consult the forums and maintain contact with lecturers and other students. I am not sure I would have enjoyed the same quality of listening in a crowded lecture theatre.

After my bachelor's degree, I continued to a master's degree, again, at UniDistance Suisse. I became really interested in child and adolescent psychology, as well as the neuropsychology classes.

I am now keen to put my learning into practice and would like to work with children and adolescents.

What’s next? I will open my own practice, that's for sure. »
