René Kräling, M.Sc. studied Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Engineering & Management in Frankfurt am Main and Lima, Perú.
After graduating in Industrial Engineering & Management with a master's thesis on measuring agile maturity levels in projects, programmes, departments, and companies, he worked as a management consultant at the international technology & management consultancy Campana & Schott. There he predominantly advised companies in the pharmaceutical industry on digital, Agile and Business transformation as well as Market Access as Project Manager and Agile Coach. In addition, he was Expertise Lead for Enterprise Agility and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Agile Practitioner.
Since 2018, he has been collaborating with various chairs at the University of St. Gallen, the Technical University of Berlin, and the iimt Fribourg in teaching and research on agility at the project and enterprise level. He is co-author of the study "Future Organization Report", which was last published in 2021 in its third edition by the Institute of Information Systems at the University of St. Gallen in cooperation with Campana & Schott.
In addition to his primary activities, he is involved as a founder and start-up mentor in the e-commerce and blockchain industry.
