Christoph Peters is Assistant Professor at the School of Management at the University of St. Gallen, where he co-directs the Agile Transformation Competence Centre. He also works at the Interdisciplinary Research Center for Information System Design (ITeG) at University of Kassel, Germany.
His research focuses on the design and management of intelligent service and process innovations from a socio-technical systems perspective. He has published in various journals and at both national and international conferences. He has been nominated for awards and has received international teaching awards. Christoph Peters has served as President of the Special Interest Group Services of the Association for Information Systems (AIS) and leads several publicly funded practice-oriented research projects - one of them with more than 100 partner organizations (50+ SMEs).
