The Human Resources Department aims to ensure a working framework that maximizes the potential of its academic and administrative employees through integrated human resources management. It is responsible for implementing policies and practices designed to recruit, develop, motivate and retain a competent, diverse and committed workforce, while fostering a respectful, equitable and inclusive work environment.
