Pauline Meyer holds a Bachelor of Law (2018) from the University of Fribourg and a Master of Law in Judicial Professions (2020) from the University of Lausanne.
She subsequently wrote a doctoral dissertation on the topic of cybersecurity of critical infrastructures and the management of cyber incidents under Swiss law, and obtained the title of Doctor of Law in 2025 (summa cum laude).
Pauline Meyer is currently conducting postdoctoral research at Trinity College Dublin. In parallel, she works as a legal expert, primarily active in the fields of technology law, in particular cybersecurity, cybercrime, and data protection.
