    Support from your teaching teams

Each lecturer or professor works with an assistant, who is generally your contact person to answer questions relating to teaching.

You can contact the assistants and your professors and lecturers at any time using the tools and forums integrated into your Moodle learning platform as well as by e-mail.

You will receive fast responses to your questions.

The virtual classes that your professors and lecturers organise regularly are also an opportunity for you to ask questions.

    Support from student managers

Student managers are your point of contact for all administrative questions related to your studies. They advise and support you, for example, in organising and planning your studies, clarifying questions about regulations, admissions to exams and invoices.

    Support from those around you

The support of your family and, if possible, your employer is important for pursuing distance university studies. You need to make time to study under the best conditions.

At my computer, I was able to consult the forums and maintain contact with teachers and other students. I'm not sure I would have enjoyed the same quality of listening in a crowded amphitheatre.
