    7. Contributes to equal opportunities in education;
    8. Facilitates the transfer of knowledge from UniDistance Suisse to businesses, society, and public administration;
    9. Enhances the positive image and positioning of UniDistance Suisse within the national and international university landscape, on the continuing education market, and among businesses, society, and public administration;
    10. Complies with competition rules pursuant to Article 9 of the Federal Act on Continuing Education and Training (FCET Act).
