UniDistance Suisse offers fully online university degree programmes and is accredited under the Swiss Higher Education Act (HEdA). It combines flexible, location‑independent part‑time distance learning with an active, interdisciplinary research culture on its campus in Brig. Across five faculties – Law, Psychology, Economics, History, and Mathematics & Computer Science – we have been shaping modern teaching, learning and research for more than 30 years. Today, UniDistance Suisse counts over 2,700 students and around 550 staff members.

To strengthen our Communication & Marketing Service, we are seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking professional for the position of: 

Specialist in Digital Campaigns (80–100%)

Place of work: Brig
Start date: 1 August 2026 or by agreement

In this role, you will be responsible for the conception, implementation and further development of UniDistance Suisse’s digital campaigns. You will work closely with the Head of Communication & Marketing, the faculties, and internal services, making a key contribution to the visibility of the institution and the promotion of its study programmes and continuing education offers.

Vos missions

  • Conception and implementation of digital campaigns: planning, execution and optimisation of campaigns across relevant digital channels (in particular Google Ads, Performance Max, programmatic advertising and social media ads), supporting institutional communication and the promotion of study and continuing education programmes from awareness to performance.
  • Campaign content coordination: defining, adapting and briefing content and formats in collaboration with internal stakeholders or external partners.
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders: identifying campaign needs within faculties and services, aligning objectives, target groups and key messages, and advising on appropriate digital measures.
  • Briefing and coordination of external partners: preparing structured briefs for external agencies and coordinating implementation in close collaboration with the Head of Communication & Marketing.
  • Analysis, reporting and performance monitoring: continuous monitoring of campaign performance using common analytics and platform tools, preparation of reports and derivation of optimisation measures.
  • Budget management: shared responsibility for efficient planning and control of campaign budgets and ensuring goal-oriented use of resources.
  • Continuous improvement of digital activities: monitoring digital trends, testing new formats and continuously improving existing campaigns in alignment with the overarching communication strategy.

Your profile

  • University degree (university or university of applied sciences) in digital marketing, communication or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in a similar role, ideally in an educational, academic or institutional environment; well connected and experienced in working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Very good knowledge of digital advertising and campaign platforms; experience with HubSpot is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven campaign optimisation.
  • Structured, independent and reliable working style, combined with strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Mother tongue German or French, with excellent command of the other language; good knowledge of English.
  • Interest in new technologies and willingness to continuously develop professionally.
