UniDistance Suisse offers fully online university degree programmes and is accredited under the Swiss Higher Education Act (HEdA). Across five faculties - Law, Psychology, Business & Economics, History, and Mathematics & Computer Science - we have been shaping modern teaching, learning and research for more than 30 years.

To strengthen our programme Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics in the Faculty of Business and Economics, we are seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking professional for the position of: 

Lecturer for the Module «Sports Management» 10 ECTS (18%)

Place of work: Remote working
Start date: 1 February 2027
Module delivery: Each spring semester (beginning of February to end of July)

Your responsibilities

  • Teaching the module M409-E Sports Management

  • Developing and delivering module content suitable for online teaching

  • Providing online resources and learning materials for our teaching platform

  • Supporting students during the semester in cooperation with the teaching assistant

  • Organising and delivering online exercise classes and online lectures during the semester in cooperation with the teaching assistant

  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the module content and learning experience

  • Supervising Bachelor’s theses in the module’s subject area (separate remuneration)

Your profile

  • Experience as a lecturer at university level in the subject area covered by the module

  • Habilitation or equivalent qualification in the relevant field

  • Active research in the field covered by the module

  • Experience with digital tools

  • Independent, adaptable, friendly and responsive when dealing with students

  • Very good command of English (the language of instruction is English)
