Rethinking work beyond productivism from labour law and its uses – Swiss Legal Expert

In the face of ecological crisis, rethinking work beyond the traditional productivist model is essential. However, current research on the future of work remains overly abstract and often unactionable. With this in mind, the ERC-funded RethinkingWork project will study how national labour law systems can facilitate the emancipation of work from productivism. UniDistance Suisse (Professor Nicolas Bueno and Dr. Michael Balmer) contributes as Swiss national legal expert in this international ERC project.
